As a Customer Relations Representative with David Meisenheimer State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. - Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Needs based sales conversations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prompt and reliable
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
